For coaches, consultants and experts

Close the deal in the call: contract, signature and installment payments in one flow.

ioumi handles your entire payment process as a coach or consultant, from the offer and the coaching contract with e-signature to installment payments. Whether it’s 1:1 coaching, a group program, a mastermind or a consulting package: the yes in your sales call becomes a signed contract with recurring payments in minutes, in your business’s branding.

Built for everyone who sells coaching and consulting in person

ioumi Deals plays to its strengths wherever there’s a real sales process: Opening, Setting, Closing and then the deal closed in the conversation. In B2C just as much as in B2B.

1:1 coaching

High ticket coaching you negotiate individually: your own contract start date, your own cancellation and special clauses and a payment plan that fits exactly this client, from several installments on different dates to a discounted one-time payment.

Group programs & masterminds

Many participants, one template, and still every contract is individual: payments start when the cohort starts, each participant picks their installment plan, and billing keeps running automatically for everyone.

Advisory & consulting

Consulting packages with their own contract terms and payments that follow the project: a deposit at signing, milestone payments as work progresses and installments you trigger yourself in the dashboard.

Online courses & events

Standardized products at a fixed price sell alongside via payment link: the same checkout, the same automatic invoicing, just without a sales call and without an individual contract.

The benefits for your coaching business

From flexible payment setups to automatic dunning: these are the details that make the difference day to day when you have lots of installment clients.

Close today, start date later

A standard checkout only knows one thing: the client pays right away. With ioumi, your client signs today and the first installment starts whenever you agreed, for example when the coaching starts next quarter.

  • Payment start fully schedulable: at signing, at contract start, on a date or triggered manually
  • Contract term independent of the payment start, you set both dates separately
  • Payment method is securely saved at €0 and only charged at the agreed start

Payment plans on your terms

For each contract you offer your client several payment options to choose from, for example 12 installments, 6 installments or a discounted one-time payment. And you configure every one of them down to the last detail:

Installment plan structure
  • Up to 99 installments per plan
  • Freely selectable intervals
  • Milestone payments
  • Save as a template
When payments are due
  • At signing
  • At contract start
  • On a fixed date
  • Relative to the previous payment
  • Manually in the dashboard
What it costs
  • Several options to choose from
  • Deposit plus installments
  • Surcharges and discounts per option

Your client picks their option during the signing process, with the discount or surcharge clearly shown. The chosen option becomes part of the contract and appears in the signed PDF.

You always see what’s coming in

Especially with lots of installment clients, looking ahead is worth its weight in gold: the dashboard shows your cash flow forecast for the coming months, plus all sales, open payments and active contracts at a glance. And if you work with setters and closers: because contract, invoice and payment are linked, you see who closed the deal for every incoming payment. That lets you pay commissions based on money actually received, not on the deal being closed.

When an installment fails, ioumi gets to work first

ioumi automatically retries failed payments three times within six days and sends your client an email reminder each time. They can fix their payment method themselves in the customer portal or settle the open installment directly, and they’re back on automatic collection. Only if every attempt fails are you notified, and you decide what happens next.

  • Three automatic payment attempts with reminders, without you lifting a finger
  • Invoices and receivables keep running and stay cleanly documented
  • E-signature and every payment with an audit trail: if push comes to shove, you have a ready-to-hand-over package for debt collection
Automatically generated invoices with PDF and CSV export in ioumi

Through API, webhooks and automations, ioumi slots right into your setup:

  • CRM integration: fill the contract template straight from your CRM, signature and contract data flow back
  • Course portal access unlocked after signing or payment
  • Keep email lists and tags updated automatically
  • Notifications in Slack, Teams and more
  • Send conversions back to Meta and other ad platforms
