ioumi is the contract and payment platform for coaches, consultants, service providers and agencies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Providers create individual offers with their own contract terms in minutes, customers sign with an eIDAS compliant e-signature, and payment collection and invoicing run automatically from the signed contract. Unlike reseller platforms, the provider remains the contracting party for their customers: invoices, customer portal and payments run in their name and with their branding. Payment plans can be combined freely, from down payment and installments to subscriptions, due on signature, on a set date or by trigger. ioumi GmbH was founded by Christian Stockklauser and is based in Wolfurt, Vorarlberg. The platform launched at the end of May 2026 and reached €1 million in processed contract volume in under three months.
