Migration of existing contracts
Ongoing contracts and payment plans from existing systems are transferred to ioumi.

Bank transfer as a payment method
In addition to SEPA direct debit and credit card, customers can also settle their payments by bank transfer.

Native integration with Close CRM
Hand a contact over to ioumi directly from Close, load a contract template and send the contract in just a few clicks. Contract and payment status sync back to Close, and custom fields can be mapped freely.

Self-service onboarding
The first step is live: new accounts start with a setup checklist. Next, new users will set up their account entirely on their own in the platform, without a meeting with the ioumi team.
