ioumi joins the Startup Vorarlberg incubation program
Startup Vorarlberg has accepted ioumi into its incubation program, with the kick-off on October 29, 2026 in Dornbirn. In the program, we are building ioumi's go-to-market: in four-week sprints, with coaches from different fields, workshops and the network of the Vorarlberg startup ecosystem.

What is the incubation program?
Startup Vorarlberg supports founders in two programs. Pre-incubation is for teams that have an idea and still want to prove it in the market. Incubation is for startups that already have a product and first customers and now want to grow.
ioumi is in the incubation program. Since the end of May 2026, coaches, consultants and agencies have been handling offer, contract, signature and payment through ioumi, and in the first three months, one million euros in contract volume already ran through the platform. That is why our focus in the program is clearly on go-to-market, meaning how ioumi wins new customers in a predictable way.
How was the kick-off?
Last night, on October 29, 2026, the joint kick-off for pre-incubation and incubation took place at the POSTGARAGE on CAMPUS V in Dornbirn. A full room, a stack of cubes with the slogan “Let’s celebrate bold ideas.” and lots of teams planning to do exactly that.
For us, it was a thoroughly successful first evening. We met many exciting startups, with very different ideas and at very different points on their journey. We wish all teams lots of success, plenty of stamina and that little bit of luck for the coming months.
What does the program bring to ioumi?
- Coaches for every important question: Each startup gets coaches and advisors with different expertise, whether it is about funding, investors, business processes or leadership.
- Four-week sprints: We meet, set goals and exchange ideas. Four weeks later, we meet again and look at what we have achieved. It is very agile and fits well with the way we develop ioumi anyway.
- Workshops: On a wide range of topics, such as business model, financing, pitching and sales.
- A network behind us: With the program, we are part of the startup ecosystem in Vorarlberg, with access to investors, experts and companies.

Who is behind Startup Vorarlberg?
Startup Vorarlberg describes itself as “the central point of contact and service hub for startups in Vorarlberg” (our translation) and is based at the POSTGARAGE on CAMPUS V in Dornbirn, Austria. The initiative is backed by WISTO, PRISMA, the Vorarlberg Chamber of Commerce (Wirtschaftskammer Vorarlberg) and FH Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences, and it is funded by the State of Vorarlberg and aws (Austria Wirtschaftsservice), among others. Through AplusB South-West, Startup Vorarlberg is also connected with Startup.Tirol, Startup Salzburg and the build! startup center in Carinthia. AplusB is the Austrian federal government’s incubator program.
How did the selection work?
After the application, Christian pitched ioumi to the Regional Advisory Board in Dornbirn on October 13, 2026. ioumi then went through to the next round, and on October 22, 2026, the supra-regional advisory board of AplusB South-West made the final decision based on the pitch deck and accepted ioumi.
What changes for ioumi customers?
Nothing in your day-to-day work. You work with the same platform and the same team, ioumi remains an independent company, and you remain the contracting party for your customers. What changes happens on our side: we are building our sales so that ioumi grows faster and more steadily.
