OMR Reviews has awarded ioumi two badges in the Quote-to-Cash category for the fourth quarter of 2026: “Leader” and “Top Rated”. Both are visible on our OMR Reviews profile.
OMR Reviews is an independent platform where companies review software they use themselves. For us, that is the most honest benchmark there is: it is not us saying that ioumi works, but the teams who close contracts and collect payments with it every day.
On OMR, ioumi is currently rated 5.0 out of 5 stars. The reviews come from companies in marketing and advertising, IT and services, online media, and coaching and training. In other words, exactly the coaches, consultants, agencies and digital service providers we build ioumi for.
What does “Leader” mean on OMR Reviews?
At OMR, “Leader” says nothing about revenue or market share. According to OMR, the Leader badge goes to the tool with the highest OMR Score within a category, so usually only one single tool per category.
The OMR Score is made up of three things:
- Average rating: It carries the most weight.
- Number of reviews: More voices make the result more reliable.
- Recency: Reviews older than one year count less.
OMR awards the badge every quarter, based on the reviews from the previous quarter. If a Leader is awarded in a category for the first time or the category still has few reviews, a tool needs a minimum number of reviews there.
What does “Top Rated” mean?
According to OMR, the Top Rated badge goes to every tool that receives a minimum number of reviews in a quarter and reaches an average NPS of 8, which equals 4 stars. There is no upper limit: anyone who meets the criteria gets the badge.
For context: with every review, OMR asks how likely the person is to recommend the tool, on a scale from 0 to 10. The result is displayed on a 5 star scale.
